Product details
The grapes underwent crushing and total destemming. Fermentation took place in cement lagares (traditional stone vats) with foot treading. Malolactic fermentation and aging in used French oak barrels for 12 months followed by another 12 months in the granite mine beneath the vineyard's slope. Submerged in pure water at a constant temperature of 15.5ºC, it benefited from natural and serene aging. A unique wine, shaped by the silence of the land and the essence of the place.
