Winemaking:
The grapes for this wine come from various plots between 200 metres and 550 metres above sea level. The predominant grape variety is Viosinho. After being harvested by hand in 22kg boxes, the grapes remained in cold storage for 12 hours. Fermentation took place naturally with indigenous yeasts macerating with the berries until the brandy was added. The wine aged in old 600 litre brown barrels for at least 3 years. During its ageing in the bottle, this wine did not undergo any type of filtration or other treatment.

Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow color. Very expressive notes of honey and tea. On the palate we feel a sweetness accompanied by great acidity, making the wine less sweet and more elegant. It stands out for its persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with starters, seafood, dessert, cheese and Asian dishes.
