The austere nose shows notes of citrus aromas and dry straw. Mineral and very elegant, offers a huge complexity of aromas, being elegant and complex, and concentrated with a firm acidity and tight end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
