Product details
The vineyard is around 22 years old and is planted on poor, well-drained sandy ‘charneca’ soils. This wine fermented in small stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15ºC for 16 days and around 20% of the blend in used 500-litre barrels, with batonnage for 120 days.

Tasting Notes:
It has an open salmon colour, elegant aromas of small forest berries, with some balsamic notes. The palate has good breadth and enormous freshness with lively, well-matched acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fish dishes in a cataplana, stews, meat and game birds, or can simply be enjoyed as an aperitif before a meal.
