Grapes harvested by hand placed in boxes. Soft pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperatures between 12 and 14ºC.

Tasting Notes:
Intense aroma of fresh fruit (strawberry, raspberries), combined with slight floral notes. In taste, it is a smooth wine, with a good size and a very balanced acidity, resulting in a fresh and pleasant wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving temperature 9º C – 11º C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif, with light dishes, and oriental cuisine.
