Winemaking:
After full de-stemming and soft crushing there followed fermentation and maceration using pumping-over in stainless steel tanks, at a 25ºC controlled temperature for about 8 days, so as to maximise the fruit and approachable style. Following malolactic fermentation, this wine matured in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months. After this came blend preparation, fining, cold stabilisation and the filtering required for bottling. After bottling it matured in the bottle at a 15ºC controlled temperature for about 2 months, so as to reach the appropriate bouquet and balance to be drunk.

Tasting Notes:
It has a red-ruby hue and ripe red fruit aromas. In the mouth it has a very well balanced and lingering flavour with a very elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to serve cold, on its own or accompanying light meals, salads and snacks, pastas and a variety of cheeses.
