wine made from two batches from two different regions, Dão and Douro. The vinification of the different grape varieties that make up the final batch, both in Dão and Douro, was carried out separately, in stainless steel vats with temperature control, and after the end of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, they were aged in French oak barrels of different ages. Dão: 50% new barrels and 50% used barrels; aging time of 18 months. Douro: 100% new barrels; aging time of 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
It reveals a very complex and deep aroma, where notes of red and black fruits, hints of forest and some minerality come together, with a superior integration of the aromatic notes from the barrels where it was aged. In the mouth, the attack is dense and fresh, evolving into a mid-palate with volume and refreshing acidity, surrounded by very round and elegant tannins, finishing with great aromatic purity and great persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15 and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Mediterranean food in general, pasta, lamb, white meats and soft cheeses.
