Open ruby colour, typical of low extraction. Closed aroma, typical of Moreto, but with soft vegetal nuances combined with red fruit and spice. Light entry in the mouth, but with the consistency of a resistant finish, where a not exaggerated touch of clay is evident. With engaging acidity and balanced throughout the tasting.

Product details

Winemaking:
Total stalking for 2 old carvings. Fermentation occurred spontaneously in contact with the masses and lasted around 15 days during which the blanket was slightly submerged in order to control the extraction. They were both "opened" in March, separating the wines into different stainless steel tanks. The tasting, blending, and bottling followed. The wine was not subjected to any stabilization process.

Store and Serve Advices:
Dark and cool place (12º C to 14º C), in a horizontal position with minimal vibration. Serve at a temperature of 16º C.

It goes well with all meat, game and cheese dishes.
