Grapes picked in the first days of August in the cooler portions of Quinta do Pôpa. Harvest and manual selection of the grapes to 20 kg boxes followed by destemming, crushing and pressing. The pressing was done at lower pressures to enjoy the best juice and in the same direction to choose the colour of the wine. Decanting was made naturally by the action of cold and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature for 32 days. Finalized by aging in stainless steel.

Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Fresh red fruits with a predominance of strawberry and raspberry. The harmony in the mouth is evident at first impact. It presents a slightly corpulent body with some volume and soft tannin, but the good acidity makes it fresh and elegant. Aftertaste full of fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pair with roasted and grilled fish, pasta, white meat, seafood and salads.
