After destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Static decanting for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged ‘sur lie’ in stainless steel vats for three months.

Clear, citrus-coloured wine. Aromas of green apple, lime, lemon and subtle tropical notes. Fresh, citric, mineral and full with an elegant and persistent finish.

It should be served at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
