Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. Excellent aromatic intensity, highlighting the notes of spices in conjunction with notes of wild berries, very ripe. Soft notes of cocoa and tobacco. Elegant start, evolving into a serious wine with excellent dimension and compact structure composed of powerful tannins, but with a fine texture, all in perfect harmony with fresh notes of wild berries. A distinguished wine that finishes elegant and very persistent, also having an excellent ability to evolve in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving temperature 16º C – 18º C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with seasoned meat, and cheeses.
