Winemaking:
Manual harvest, followed by fermentation with foot treading in lagares. Ageing for 13 months in new French oak barrels.

Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Very concentrated in colour. For now very closed in flavourings, showing in the background some floral notes, chocolate, black fruits, cocoa. Despite this concentration, in the palate is great, with fine tannins in great evidence. The texture is rough and silky while the acidity is excellent.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal as an accompaniment to grilled meats and soft cheeses.
