The grapes are stalked and gently crushed shortly after arrival at the winery. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:
Grenade colour set. It has aromas of red fruit and jam. The soft tannins give it a very balanced and pleasant structure, ending with notes of ripe fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy it with tapas, grilled meat and well seasoned dishes.
