Winemaking:
It is an original feature of Beira Interior, as it is made with red and white grape varieties (Baga, Rufete, Fonte Cal and Síria) vinified in white, giving rise to several wines with excellent acidity. After blending, they gave the base wine of this sparkling wine which fermented with free yeasts in the bottle, followed by manual removal.

It should be consumed after bottling or it can age for another two years. Serve at 6-8 ºC.

Ideal as an aperitif, but gastronomically versatile.
