Winemaking:
Vinification in an open spout and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Sparkling using the classic method with a second fermentation in the bottle. Aging for a minimum of 3 years in the bottle before disgorgement.

Tasting Notes:
Citrine color with greenish nuances. The aromas are young and vibrant, including notes of grapefruit, apple and biscuits. In the mouth, it reveals a harmonious wine, with a refined texture, very good complexity and a persistent and refreshing finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent for drinking on special occasions. It goes well with roasted fish dishes. Regionally, it accompanies roast suckling pig from Bairrada.
