Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature up to 26ºC.

Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet red color, with aromas of red fruit jelly and red fruit compote. The enveloping tannins give it a very balanced structure, finishing with persistent notes of black fruits.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15 and 16ºC.
