Wonderlust represents the Portuguese vision of the traditional American IPA. With a fresh and fruity aroma – evidence of a careless use of hops – it’s the first sip that reveals the hidden bitterness after which some slight floral and pine notes are revealed leaving only the hop bitterness in the aftertaste asking for more. It’s a light copper beer who borrows its shade from caramel malts which also contribute for a slightly sweeter sensation that contrasts well with the characteristic bitterness of this style.

Storage:
Store in a fresh and dry place away from direct light. Best served at a temperature between 7ºC and 10ºC in Pint cup.
Perfect Serve:
Wonderlust is a beer that pairs exceptionally well with meet dishes and grilled foods. More regional foods like curries or the Portuguese Francesinha” also pair perfectly even though this beer really shines in afternoon of tapas and music.
