Product details

Winemaking:
Tawny is a category of Port with oxidative ageing in old wood. It produces light, elegant wines due to less colour extraction as a result of the must's reduced contact with the grape skins during fermentation.

Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Amarela,Tinta Barroca,Tinto Cão

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif. Ideally paired with traditional Portuguese sweets made of eggs or dry fruits, cured cheeses and foie gras. With meals, best with fatty fishes.
