Manual harvest, with qualitative selection, for several weeks according to the state of maturation. Aging in a "Canteiro" system, in 650 L casks (little barrels) until the month of bottling. Bottled in 2024.

Blandy's Malmsey 2011 has a golden amber colour with golden nuances. Its exuberant bouquet combines notes of floral tea, spices, brandy-soaked fruitcake and sultanas, creating a rich and captivating aromatic experience. This wine is carefully aged in the canteiro system in wooden casks, preserving its authenticity and unique character. With a limited production of 2,933 75cl bottles, Blandy's Malmsey 2011 is perfect for those looking for a sweet and complex Madeira wine with a long tradition of excellence.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an digestive, pairs well fruitcakes, biscuits with cream, crème brûlée.
