Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour. Aroma of citric fruits and green apples. On the mouth it is fresh, crispy, and with good acidity. Refreshing aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
It shall be served at 7º /9ºC. Drink young, ideally till one year and half after the harvest. Protect from sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
Food Pairing:
To accompany seafood, appetizers and light dishes.
