This red wine is crafted from 35-40 year old vines then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. While maintaining a powerful structure, the winemaking process aims to achieve elegance, resulting in well-integrated tannins and a sophisticated finish.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Wine with intense aroma of red fruit and plum so typical of the wines of this region, with notes of tobacco, and black pepper. In the mouth the wood is very well integrated, firm tannins to contribute to a good structure but with great freshness, it finishes with depth and length, anticipating a good capacity of aging.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
