Product details
Winemaking:
Created from our best selection of Touriga Nacional grapes. The grapes were previously destemmed and underwent a pre-fermentation maceration process at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 26º - 28º C for 12 days. The wine aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
With an intense ruby colour, it presents floral and violet notes, typical of the Touriga Nacional grape variety, balanced with hints of chocolate and spices from the oak aging process to which this wine was subjected. In the mouth it is full, velvety, with elegant tannins well combined with balanced acidity. Long, pleasant and persistent finish.
