Product details

Winemaking:
Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Aging in oak barrels for a period of no less than 7 years. It evolves through oxidation, similar to aged Port Wines, presenting the unique characteristics of the harvest year.

Amber color. Iodine, vinegar and some resin in the aromas. Delicate with notes of spice, balsamic and resin. Sweet and fresh aftertaste.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 18°C or slightly chilled. When bottled, this wine is ready for consumption, maintaining its unaltered qualities.

Food Pairing:
Excellent digestive, it goes especially well with sweet desserts such as almond pie, condensed milk pie, English cake and island cheese, smoked gouda, cigars.

Contains sulphites.
