Total stemming, fermentation in stainless steel, with light manual pumping over twice a day at the peak of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation occurred spontaneously. Aging in stainless steel and 4 months in bottle before going to market.

Tasting Notes:
Bright, slightly open. Intense aroma with notes of black fruit and peppers. Fresh, complex with fine and elegant tannins. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16º C. It can be consumed immediately or within the next 10 years, as long as it is stored in a cool, shady place.
Food Pairing:
Baked goat, octopus and cod "à Lagareiro" style and soft cheese.
