profoundly original and creative amphora wine that respects the Alentejo tradition while reinventing it. Made with white grapes (100% Antão Vaz), but with the spirit of a red wine, this wine is born from the dream of João, a producer who wanted to explore an ancient method of passing white wine through the solids of a red wine – a traditional technique used when an amphora didn't stand out on its own. The result is a wine with the freshness and aromatic profile of a white, but with subtle tannins and the structure of a light and vibrant red. Fermented and macerated in an amphora with all the solid parts of the grape (skins, seeds and part of the stems) for 4 months, following the ancestral method of amphora wine. After this phase, the wine is transferred to another amphora containing Alfrocheiro grape solids, which act as a natural filter. Only a minimal dose of sulphur dioxide was added during bottling. A genuinely natural and artisanal wine.

On the nose, it reveals freshness and delicate notes of white fruit and raspberries, a light touch of dried herbs and a hint of citrus peel. On the palate, it surprises with its firm and slightly tannic texture, balanced by a lively acidity. A fluid and gastronomic wine, combining the elegance of a white with the subtle structure of a red.

Serve at 14ºC.
