Manual harvest, with the grapes being destemmed and crushed upon arrival at the winery and then pressed. The must is refrigerated to 8ºC and statically decanted for 2 days. After separation of the lees, fermentation begins, which occurs for around 3 weeks at 12-14ºC. After fermentation, it ages for 3 months on fine lees, followed by bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Floral aroma, very exuberant. In the mouth the acidity is very present but well integrated. Citrus notes in the flavor and some volume.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC. Keep the bottles lying down when possible and in a temperature-controlled environment.

Served with Asian food and codfish à brás.
