Product details

Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 27°C. Long maceration - 3 weeks. Staging for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Alicante Bouschet,Trincadeira

Colour very dark, almost black. The aroma is intense and complex, with toasty notes and crushed, jams, spices, balsamic wild berries. A very powerful and full-bodied red with tannins but softened by time. The finish is very long, with hints of bitter cocoa and toast. A red wine that impresses the senses.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept horizontally in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. It should be served at a temperature between 16ºC-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with fine meats, game and intense cheeses, both soft and cured.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
