A journey back in time through the most exclusive red wines

Today we return to our Old & Rare section to introduce you to some of our country's most exclusive red wines. Wines from old vintages, many of which are no longer on the market, and which are perfect for keeping in your cellar, a real treasure for wine collectors.

The excellence that distinguishes Ramos Pinto comes from its essence. Respect for the motherland, the lands of the Douro. The constant study of the soils, the climate and innovation are characteristics of Ramos Pinto. It's a philosophy that continues to this day and allows to offer true experiences rather than wines. In our shop you can find Duas Quintas Reserve (a Ramos Pinto classic) from 1992 to 2021. A real journey through time in the Douro valley.

One of João Portugal Ramos' most emblematic brands, Marquês de Borba combines the tradition of the Alentejo with enormous quality, present since the brand's first vintage in 1997. Present all over the world, the Marquês de Borba brand is today a symbol of the region it carries in its identity. In our shop you can find rare vintages such as 1999 and 2000.

For many connoisseurs, Quinta do Crasto Vinha Maria Teresa is one of the great Douro wines and one of the most emblematic, and having the opportunity to taste one of its vintages is considered a real privilege. In our Old & Rare section you can find several vintages of this iconic Quinta do Crasto wine.

Special mention should also be made of Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco, from Bairrada, which was born out of Luís Pato's dream of creating a wine that would reveal what wines were like before phylloxera arrived in Europe. The wine comes from an area where each vine produces just one bunch, in other words, one glass of wine. A real rarity that we have available from 2006 to 2019.

Take a look at our selection today, where you can also find the unmissable Barca Velha and Pêra Manca, and travel back in time with an incredible Portuguese red!
