Mysterious aroma, subtle, very fresh with tropical notes, grapefruit and vegetable. Very fresh in the mouth, almost crisp, linear but with an unusual power for this grape variety. Ends with a lovely bitter. A super gastronomic white wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be consumed with a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
