Product details
The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard, with a second selection being made on a sorting table when the grapes arrived at the winery. The grapes were destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with intense maceration and regular delestages to achieve good balance and tannin structure. Aged for 12 months in new and second-year French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Clear in appearance and bright garnet in colour. Very austere and full of personality aroma. Very expressive in the notes of wild berries, spices and light toast from the barrel ageing. On the palate it is well structured, balanced and elegant. Very present and soft tannins that allow it to evolve well in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany traditional Mediterranean dishes, roasted or grilled meats and strong cheeses.
