Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby in colour. Excellent aromatic profile, fine and delicate, with complex aromas. Its palate is intensely fruity with notes of fresh berries and spices. It is elegant and balanced, with a subtle finish as only a wine from Dão can have.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve the wine between 17 e 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
