Product details
It´s a 50 years old vineyard planted with Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato and Códega do Larinho. The harvest was planned for the first week of September in perfect weather conditions. All grapes previously selected and destemmed were pressed in a pneumatic press and fermented on new French Oak barrels at low temperatures for 4 weeks, after which was aged for 5 months with bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Very elegant wine exhibiting grapefruit and mineral aromas and flavours. With a fine balance and a long aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Contains sulphites.
