Winemaking:
Created from our best selection of Gris grapes. The grapes were subjected to a process of total destemming followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 12ºC - 14ºC. The wine remained in contact with the fine lees for 4 months through the “bâtonnage” process.

Featuring a pleasant and distinctive colour, this wine shows fresh and aromatic notes of apple and citrus fruits. Super fresh and crisp on the palate, this wine combines elegant fruit flavours with excellent acidity and minerality.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany lighter dishes, such as grilled fish, baked fish or seafood dishes.
