Bright citrus colour. Nose marked by fresh notes of pear, apple and herbal. Features captivating notes of wet stone and minerals. The wood is integrated into a whole that is subtle and harmonious. Of great freshness, the body is moderate and attractive. Salty and mineral, it ends long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended Serving Temperature of 10 to 12º C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with shellfish and fish in general.
