Wine produced with grapes from Quinta do Cercal, located at the top of a steep slope in the Rio Torto Valley, in the municipality of São João da Pesqueira. The farm has a total area of 25 hectares, of which 23 are occupied by vineyards. The soil is schist with a lot of stone.

Tasting Notes:
Its bright citrus color anticipates a fresh and youthful aroma. In the mouth it is fruity and elegant, with a long and pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
We recommend serving between 8 and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is an ideal white to accompany all types of fish, seafood or white meat.
