Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. In the cellar, press with cold pre-maceration with stink. 100% stage in neutral barrels for 9 months.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
