Tasting Notes:
Opaque purple colour. The nose is complex and lush, dominated by blacks and seductive aromas of blackberry and cassis, intertwined with a nice molasses. The palate, round and delicious, continues with a greedy and pure black fruit infusion. Great balance and great finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Combines perfectly with strong cheeses, bitter chocolate and cream cakes with red fruits.
