After reaching the optimum point of ripeness, determined by rigorous controls in the selected vineyards, the grapes were harvested and vinified using modern technology, without ever forgetting the knowledge and traditions of the Vinho Verde Region.

Tasting Notes:
Pale greenish hue reflecting pronounced citrus notes. Aromas of orange blossom and apricot are well-defined. On the palate, pronounced acidity reveals a broad, fresh, and refreshing balance. Very interesting minerality.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Due to its characteristics, it is a wine that goes well with well-seasoned fish dishes, as well as game and white meats.
