Tasting Notes:
Clear and bright raspberry colour. Fresh and young aromas. Strawberries and raspberries crushed into currant with generous lime drops. Nice structure and a good balance between the alcohol and acidity. The light fizz enhances the wine freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8ºC to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies preferably grilled fish and seafood.
