This wine comes for the north west of Portugal, from a region called Vinho Verde. This region is well known for its light bodied and tart wines, in fact Verde translates to green. The area is just off the coast, and it is through that that the vines are nourished with high rains. The Atlantic literally breathes life into the vineyards, and whilst it is considered a humid area, the vines are trained high. This allows maximum air to pass through.

Tasting Notes:
Salmon attractive colour. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and banana. Relaxed and refreshing style. Simple and focused on their role, with slight gas and light sweetness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature between 9 º C and 12 º C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with lean grilled meat, pasta, pizza and ideal with aperetifs. Also goes well with tapas, sushi, risotto and highly seasoned fish.
