Vineyard around 20 years old, planted on poor, well-drained sandy ‘charneca’ soils. Aged for 12 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
It has an open salmon colour, fine bubbles and a persistent finish, with elegant aromas of red fruits and some spicy notes of mint. The palate has excellent freshness and breadth, with intense acidity and a crackling finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
As an aperitif, accompany seafood, fish dishes and white meats.
