Vineyard around 20 years old, planted on poor, well-drained sandy ‘charneca’ soils. Aged for 12 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Golden colour, fine, homogeneous and persistent bubbles. The aromas are fine, with white-fleshed fruit, some complexity and a slight toastiness. The palate is fresh and the acidity lively, finishing unctuous and intense.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
As an aperitif, accompany seafood, fish dishes and white meats.
