Product details

Winemaking:
After pressing, the must, clarified by flotation, is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC At the end of fermentation (1012 density), the still cloudy wine is bottled, finishing fermentation in the bottle with carica After ageing for 9 months in the bottle on the lees, it is released onto the market.
