Made with 30% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot, 15% Trincadeira and 5% Trincadeira 2005. The bunches pass through the sorting table to small 300 kg presses where, through bleeding, the skin/must ratio is concentrated at 30%. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 10 days without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts. The malolactic process takes place during a cuvaison of around 1 month, after pressing, all the wine ages in new Allier oak barrels. Aging for 48 months in new barrels topped up only once annually and 1 year in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Dark garnet in colour, on the nose it shows an exuberance of blackberry, currant and cream, fused in a dry and spicy noble wood frame. In the mouth it has a strong physical persistence ending with a demanding but gentle comfort.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served between 16° and 18°C.
Food Pairing:
It should accompany red meats, game and cheeses.
