It is a sparkling wine with a light yellow and citrus colour, fine to medium bubble, very persistent. Citric nose, not very complex, with light pastries. Sweet taste with good freshness and a lively finish.

Should be served at 8º C.

Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, fish, grilled meats and various desserts.
