Selection of cut grapes and transported in boxes directly to the winery. Winemaking with crushing and stalk removal. Fermentation in controlled temperate on an open mill.

Tasting Notes:
Made from a careful selection of grapes from the vine varieties Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca, obtained from the best vineyards in the Douro region. This harvest presents a red colour with an aroma of wild fruits and cherries. In the mouth it offers good fruit flavours and leaves a sense of longevity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from “Azeitão” or a traditional “Roquefort”.
