Tasting Notes:
The aroma of this wine has a fascinating duality, reflecting both the fresh and warmer aspects of the region of origin, with a marked mineral tendency, reminiscent of granite. There are also delicate notes of citrus fruit and white flowers, complemented by hints of honeycomb, pear and a soft spice. On the palate, it is enveloping and vigorously structured, culminating in a long finish that stimulates salivation and invites another sip.
