Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes of old vines (70%) were vinified in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and reassembly; grapes of new vines (Touriga Nacional and Sousão) were trodden in mills. The masses were pressed in a vertical press (Titan). After malolactic fermentation, the wines remained 17 months in French oak barrels.
