Tasting Notes:
Golden amber colour. Aroma of dried and candied fruits such as mango and apricot, plums, sultanas, quince. Lovely balance between fruit, sweetness and acidity. The wine develops in layers of flavours between the candied fruits and the dried fruits, the acidity combines with some bitter notes due to the slow oxidation in the barrel to give the wine courage before leaving us with a beautiful complex finish that lingers on the spicy notes.
