Golden yellow color. Complex aroma, with dried fruits such as hazelnut and toasted almond. The presence of spices and curry notes stands out, revealing the age of the wine. In the mouth, the acidity gives this wine a liveliness balanced by the sweetness. It is persistent, with the presence of flavors of dried fruits, such as hazelnut, and spices, such as curry.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif or with dried fruit, sweets with citrus fruits or starters with smoked salmon or sushi.
